@hatemyson@Mikefromdahood@LinkofSunshine not really the whole picture. Light rail is extensive and useful. Rail doesn't necessarily need to be underground. And subway rails underground in LA didn't really start building until 30 years ago. So 1 opened last week and more will continue forever due to permanent tax.
@SleeperMLB@SleeperRedSox@SleeperDodgers I don't know if Crochet is more talented in a single game, but Yoshinobu can substitute in multiple times in a single series. He's a 2 for 1 special.
@EricCrossMLB Yamamoto...because his arm doesn't fall off the next day. That's a secret weapon you can pull in emergencies that isn't measured in stats.
@FoulTerritoryTV@BizballMaury ...as equity. It's the same thing Yankees, Mets and Cubs do. Basically if you partner/own your sports network, you can recategorize that revenue as equity that is excluded from revenue sharing.
@FoulTerritoryTV@BizballMaury MLB/Dodgers renegotiated the contract after it was more than they thought, and considered it fair. Dodgers are taxed on $6B of that $8B. But then, the contract was not just a rights sale, but also a network creation deal. So u could argue the $2B left is shielded from revenue....
@mattlabelle You have a guy who fakes getting hit on your team that started this all. And you have another guy who keeps running his mouth even after things cool down. Really ask yourself about your own team. https://t.co/rsKaYp7E4Y
@RobTheHockeyGuy This is why the Toronto curse is self-inflicted and in perpetuity. It pisses off the baseball Gods. You don't deserve wins, you EARN it.
