First they said software update (week1)
Week 2 they said they have sent an email to tata motors head office and PPL from the main branch will come and check. And till date no update from the main branch.

@panasonic @PanasonicIndia I had raised an issue with my Home theater a month ago, no action was taken. The service center guy tells me that the engineer will visit my place within 2 days and it's been more than a week no solution. And your CCE says that the ticket is closed.
