@TataPower hi, I have installed 3kw tata rooftop solar system on 31/10/2024. After installation Tata or ur service provider do not visit customer sites, never checks or updates customers. In last entire month my solar generation was zero!

I came to know at the time of monthly meter reading by MSEDCL. Why there is no intimation about this collapse from system to anyone else? What responsibility Tata is taking after installation?
