Podatku od sprzedaży kryptowalut jest bardzo łatwo uniknąć, wystarczy wyjechać z Polski do państwa, gdzie tego podatku nie ma, np. do Niemiec (powyżej roku) lub do Dubaju.

Polska ma do wyboru zwolnić krypto z PIT lub zmusić mnóstwo młodych, ambitnych, majętnych i zaradnych Polaków do emigracji podatkowej.

Wybór jest oczywisty: trzeba zwolnić sprzedaż kryptowalut z PIT. Niedługo przedstawię projekt ustawy zwalniającej sprzedaż kryptowalut po roku od zakupu z podatku dochodowego.
