The closer you get to the Almighty, the quieter you become. You become less arrogant, more observant, and you do not seek people's validation. Remember, wisdom is silent, arrogance is loud.
We’re each on our own journey. Keep your eyes focused on the road ahead. Run your own race. Don’t get distracted by what someone else is doing. And don’t worry about what anyone thinks. It’s irrelevant. You’re answerable to the Almighty. Get your priorities right.
When you feel that life is unfair and everyone has abandoned you, remind yourself that the Almighty is always there. He has your back. Nothing will help you reach Paradise except going through hardships with utmost patience and His Mercy.
We are too quick to judge others. We label the quiet ones as snobbish. Has it occurred to us that they could be hiding a deep pain & prefer not to talk about it? Be gentle with people just like we’d like them to be gentle with us. Don’t assume anything.
Apologize. Admit your mistake & take full responsibility. It shows your human weakness. You’ll gain a lot more respect that way rather than trying to push the blame to someone else. It’s this self-awareness that allows us to grow and learn from our mistakes.

Making peace with your inner self is important. It starts from the inside. It could mean mending broken relationships that have been bugging you, strengthening existing ones or simply making sense of your negative feelings. Let go of resentment. Don’t wait. Start now.
Almighty. Protect us from displeasing You. Help those who have gone off track to get back to You. Soften their hearts so they may connect with You again. Constantly remind us that we’re dependent on You & not ourselves.
Almighty. We trust You through our pain, suffering, heartache, sadness, confusion, transgressions and heedlessness. We know Your Mercy overpowers Your Wrath. We never lose hope. We thank You for always being there for us. Aameen.
Not everyone will appreciate what you do for them. Don’t be disillusioned. Don’t be discouraged as there are many ungrateful people out there. When you do good to please the Almighty, their ingratitude becomes irrelevant. Focus your energy on pleasing Him.
People will abuse you, accuse, degrade you, belittle you, insult you and pass judgement against you. All this without knowing you, your circumstances, challenges, sacrifices or how far you've come. They've never met you, spoken to you or had any interaction with you. They forget that the Lord of the Worlds is watching. He will not let it go. Not so easily.
Don’t become your own enemy. Stop living in the past. Stop dwelling on every mistake you’ve made. Stop comparing yourself with others. Seek your strength from the One who made you. Forgive and move on.
There are days when you wake and you haven’t a clue what’s going on around you. The struggles and challenges seem overwhelming. But your faith tells you to remain firm. You have no idea where you’re headed but you trust the Almighty & keep going.
Almighty. Make us among those who fast sincerely for Your sake. Accept our worship and nights in prayer which we do in full submission. Keep us away from heedlessness and forgive all our sins. Aameen.
Ramadan is a very special month. Don’t waste it. Make an effort because the Almighty has given us concessions and huge rewards. Losing out would be foolish.
A person who is content with what the Almighty provides for him will enjoy tranquility, satisfaction & peace of mind. He does not long for what others have. If you’re content with what He has given you, you’ll be the richest person.
As we approach Ramadan let us purify our hearts and intention. Live humbly no matter how rich you are, think positively, forgive people and pray for the best outcome always.
Prepare for Ramadan by softening your heart. Renew your link with the Almighty and get closer to all that’s pleasing to Him. Start repenting sincerely. Commit to change for the better & discard old habits.
ربنا آتنا في الدنيا حسنة وفي الآخرة حسنة وقنا عذاب النار
[Rabbanā ātinā fīd-dunyā ḥasanatan wa-fīl-ākhirati ḥasanatan wa-qinā ʿadhāban-nār]
Our Lord, grant us good in this world, and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the torment of the Fire
