[Dr. Gordon kicks chunks of BROKEN TOILET LID PIECES (used by Det. Matthews to break his ankle in Saw III) away from Hoffman's reach.

Dr. Gordon then picks up the same rusty SAW he used in SAW I.]

[But before Hoffman can complete his sentence, he sees Dr. Gordon standing in the corner, next to the spot where his life was first changed.]
