I have never seen the worst service in the name of pandemic. You guys do nothing..Last three month your server is down. Any time you can call agent either say directly server down or call after 4 pm and again say server down.just making fool the consumers

@bsesdelhi I have applied name changed 6 month before on new connection and submitted all the documents but still it's pending. when I arrange call back they told once u pay your current bill your new CA no and name change will reflect. don't know whn done

@bsesdelhi What kind of top priority. another month gone..I forgot how many time have called or so called customer care. Everytime they ready with one line our server is down call us after 3 pm and again call us tomorrow And for email so many send just received auto emails only. No solution
