@British_Airways Neil. Lara had made contact with BA. And had spoken to your Nigeria office. But all they can do is offer a reduction on a new ticket. She has no money. Can a payment plan be made so she can get home? After all she didn't lose the ticket on her behalf. Her son was in hospital.

@British_Airways I wonder if you can help, a friend of mine is stranded in Nigeria. They had been refused to fly back to the uk as the child had picked up a virus. And was hospitalised. Now clear but tickets have expired, with no funds.
