Dear @JioCare @reliancejio,

My JioAirFiber installation failed, the order was cancelled, and Refund Ref. MR0001Q37XL4 was generated weeks ago. Yet ₹2,221.46 has still not been credited.

Repeated “we are working on it” responses are meaningless without a refund date or UTR number. How many customers are facing similar delays after cancelled JioAirFiber orders?

If Jio can collect payments instantly, why can’t it return customers’ hard-earned money with the same efficiency?

I demand an immediate refund, UTR number, and written confirmation of the credit date.

@JioCare, my cancelled #JioAirFiber order (NO0001EK7CA0) refund of ₹2,221.46 is still pending despite repeated assurances that it would be credited by the end of August.

Service was never installed, the order was cancelled, a refund reference MR0001Q37XL4 was generated, yet my money remains withheld.

Kindly issue a written confirmation via SMS/email mentioning:
✅ Exact refund date
✅ Mode of refund
✅ Transaction reference number

Failing which, I will escalate the matter to @TRAI, @DoT_India, @jagograhakjago, the Consumer Commission, and widely publicise it.

Still waiting for my ₹2,221.46 Jio AirFiber refund despite repeated follow-ups. A social media executive assured me during a phone call that I'd receive the refund by the end of this month, but I haven't received it. I have not received phone call, email, even a sms for confirmation of my refund. And my Jio app is also not showing the refund status. Delayed refunds, poor grievance handling, and customer frustration create opportunities for fraudsters to target affected consumers. I sold my motorcycle TG12D3882 (Honda Unicorn) on 24-06-2026 with a signed delivery receipt and no pending challans. Thank you for the response. However, I have been hearing similar assurances for weeks while my refund of ₹2,221.46 remains unpaid.

The installation failed, the order was cancelled, my refund request was acknowledged, and Refund Reference No. MR0001Q37XL4 was issued. Yet the amount has still not been credited.

Kindly provide a definite refund date instead of generic assurances. A customer should not have to repeatedly follow up for the return of money for a service that was never provided.
I have also sent emails to your team regarding my refund.

రాబోయే ఏడాదిన్నర ���ాలంలో ఉస్మానియా జనరల్ హాస్పిటల్, అల్వాల్ టిమ్స్‌, ఎల్‌బీనగర్ టిమ్స్, వరంగల్ సూపర్ స్పెషాలిటీ హాస్పిటల్‌లను వరుసగా ప్రతి ఆరు నెలలకు ఒక ఆసుపత్రి నిర్మాణం పూర్తి చేసి ప్రజలకు అందుబాటులోకి తెస్తామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ @revanth_anumula గారు ప్రకటించారు. రాష్ట్రంలో ఏ కార్పొరేట్ ఆసుపత్రికి తీసిపోని విధంగా ప్రభుత్వ ఆసుపత్రులను తీర్చిదిద్దుతామని స్పష్టం చేశారు.

✅ఎయిమ్స్‌తో పోటీపడే సేవలు అందిస్తున్న #NIMS ఆసుపత్రికి ధీటుగా ఒక్కో ఆసుపత్రికి ఒక్కో డైరెక్టర్‌ను నియమించి వారి పర్యవేక్షణలో వీటిని తీర్చిదిద్దుతాం. అందుకు అ���సరమైన నిధులను మంజూరు చేయడమే కాకుండా నిర్వహణలో ఏ కార్పొరేట్ ఆసుపత్రి తీసిపోని విధంగా నిర్వహిస్తాం” అని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు పేర్కొంటూ అందుకు ప్రత్యేకమైన కార్యాచరణ రూపొందించాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.

✅“ఈ ఆసుపత్రులకు వ��్చే వారికి ఉచితంగా భోజనం. అటెండెంట్లకు ఉండడానికి డార్మెటరీలు, ఇతర వసతులు కూడా కల్పించాలి. దానికి అవసరమైన నిధులు కేటాయించడమే కాకుండా సూపర్ పీజీని, నర్సింగ్‌ కాలేజీని కూడా ఇక్కడ మంజూరు చేయాలి” అని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు అధికారులకు సూచించారు.

✅“ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వం అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాత విద్య, వైద్య రంగాన్ని అత్యంత ప్రాధాన్యత అంశంగా ముందుకు తీసుకెళ్తున్నాం. విద్యా రంగానికి ప్రాధాన్యతనిస్తూ సమూలమైన మార్పులు అందరికీ తెలిసిందే. నర్సింగ్‌లో ఉన్న మహిళలు ఇప్పటివరకు మిడిల్ ఈస్ట్ దేశాల్లోనే సేవలు అందిస్తున్నారని, భవిష్యత్తులో జర్మన్, జపనీస్, కొరియన్ భాషలను నేర్చుకుని ఆయా దేశాల్లో లక్షలాది ఉద్యోగ, ఉపాధి అవకాశాలను అందిపుచ్చుకోవాలి.

✅ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వం అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాత వైద్య రంగంలో ఇప్పటి వరకు 16 వేల మంది సిబ్బందిని నియమించాం. గతంలో ఎప్పుడూ ఇంత పెద్దఎత్త��న నియామకాలు చేపట్టలేదు.

✅పేదల ఆరోగ్యం మా బాధ్యతగా భావిస్తున్నాం. విద్య మీద పెట్టుబడి కానీ, వైద్యం మీద కేటాయించే నిధులను గానీ ఖర్చు కిందనో, సంక్షేమ పథకం కిందనో చూడడం లేదు. భవిష్యత్ కోసం పెట్టుబడిగా భావిస్తున్నాం. పేదవాడి కుటుంబంలో పిల్లల చదువులు, తల్లిదండ్రుల వైద్యం అత్యంత ఖరీదైనదిగా మారింది.

✅పేదలు కార్పొరేట్ ఆసుపత్రిలో చేరితే ఆస్తులు అమ్మినా సరిపోని పరిస్థితి. చివరకు కిడ్నీలు కూడా అమ్ముకునే పరిస్థితి నెలకొంది. రాష్ట్రంలో, దేశంలో వైద్యం అత్యంత ఖరీదైనదిగా మారింది. గతంలో సనత్‌నగర్, అల్వాల్, ఎల్బీ నగర్‌లలో ఆసుపత్రుల నిర్మాణానికి టెంకాయ కొట్టి తర్వాత నిధులు, నిర్మాణం మరిచిపోయారు. #Warangal లో పెద్దాసుపత్రి కడుతామని, ఉన్నదాన్ని నిర్వీర్యం చేశారు.

✅అందుకే రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం సంపూర్ణమైన అవగాహనతో రాష్ట్రంలో ఉండే 4 కోట్ల ప్రజలకు, ప్రతివాడికి వైద్యం అందించాలి. ఆ వైద్యం ఉచితంగా ఉండాలి. ముఖ్యంగా మనిషి ఆరోగ్యంగా ఉండాలంటే గుండె, కిడ్నీలు బాగా ఉండాల���. గుండె, కిడ్నీలు, అవయవ మార్పిడికి సంబంధించి సనత్‌నగర్‌లో డాక్టర్ మర్రి చెన్నారెడ్డి గారి పేరు మీద సూపర్ స్పెషాలిటీ హాస్పిటల్ ప్రారంభించుకోవడం పేదలకు అత్యంత ప్రయోజనకరం” అని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు చెప్పారు.

✅“32 నెలల ప్రజా పాలనలో #RajivAarogyasri కోసం దాదాపుగా రూ. 2,700 కోట్లు ఖర్చు పెట్టాం. ముఖ్యమంత్రి సహాయనిధి #CMRF నుండి రూ. 2,526 కోట్లు ఖర్చు పెట్టడం జరిగింది. ఈ రెండు పథకాల ద్వారా వైద్య ఆరోగ్య శాఖ పర్యవేక్షణలో రూ. 5,226 కోట్లు ఖర్చు చేశాం. దేశంలో పేదల కోసం ఈ స్థాయిలో నిధులను ఏ ప్రభుత్వం ఖర్చు పెట్టలేదు.

✅ఆరోగ్య, వైద్య శాఖ ప్రతిఏటా సగటున రూ. 13 వేల కోట్లు బడ్జెట్‌లో కేటాయిస్తే, ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వంలో ఇప్పటివరకు రూ. 21,800 ���ోట్ల నిధులను ఖర్చు పెట్టాం. ఈ ఖర్చును మేం బాధ్యతగా భావిస్తున్నాం. ప్రజల మా మీద పెట్టుకున్న నమ్మకం, విశ్వాసానికి ప్రతీకగా నిరంతరం రూపాయి రూపాయి కూడా బెట్టి పేదల వైద్యానికి నిధులను అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకొచ్చాం.

✅వందేళ్ల కిందట నిజాం సర్కార్ పేదల కోసం #Osmania జనరల్‌ హాస్పిటల్‌ని ప్రారంభిస్తే, అదిప్పుడు కూలిపోయే పరిస్థితికి వచ్చింది. వర్షాలొస్తే హాస్పిటల్ లోపలి వరదలు వచ్చే పరిస్థితిలో అక్కడ వైద్యం అందించడం కూడా కష్టమైంది. గడిచిన పదేళ్లలో అధికారంలో ఉన్న వారు ఉస్మానియా ఆసుపత్రిని మరోచోట నిర్మించాలన్న ఆలోచన చేయలేదు.

✅మన ప్రభుత్వం అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాత ఉస్మానియా హాస్పిటల్ పక్క��ే గోషమహల్‌లో 30 ఎకరాల్లో రూ. 2,700 కోట్లతో 200 పడకల మల్టీ సూపర్ స్పెషాలిటీ హాస్పిటల్ నిర్మిస్తున్నాం. తొందర్లోనే దాన్ని పూర్తి చేసుకోబోతున్నాం” అని తెలిపారు.

✅“ప్రభుత్వ వైద్యులు అదనపు సమయం సేవలు అందించాలి. వారి నైపుణ్యాన్ని ఇతర ప్రదేశాల్లో ఉపయోగించే పరిస్థితి కాకుండా సర్జరీలు నిర్వహించినప్పుడు, ఇతరత్రా వారికి ప్రత్యేకంగా ఇన్సెంటివ్‌లు ఇద్దాం” అని ఈ విషయాన్ని తీవ్రంగా పరిశీలించాలని వైద్య ఆరోగ్య శాఖ మంత్రి గారికి సూచించారు.

✅“వైద్య, ఆరోగ్య శాఖను ప్రక్షాళన చేసి ప్రజల్లో విశ్వాసం కల్పించాలని, కష్టమొచ్చినప్పుడు మాకు తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం ఉన్నదన్న భరోసా కల్పించాలి. పేదలకు నమ్మకం, విశ్వాసం కల్పిస్తే మన జన్మ సార్థకమైనట్టే.

✅నర్సరీ నుండి 12వ తరగతి వరకు నాణ్యమైన విద్య, ఆ తర్వాత అవసరమైన స్కిల్స్‌ నేర్పించగలిగితే, ఏ సంక్షేమ పథకాలు ఇవ్వాల్సిన అవసరం రాదు. వాళ్లే సొ���తంగా బతుకుతారు. ఎవరు కూడా ప్రభుత్వం నుండి ఉచితంగా సంక్షేమ పథకాన్ని తీసుకోరు.

✅కష్టం వచ్చినప్పుడు మాత్రమే సంక్షేమ పథకాలను ఉచితంగా తీసుకోవాలని ఆలోచన చేస్తారు. చాలామంది కష్ట��డి ఆత్మగౌరవంతో బతకాలని అనుకుంటారు. సరైన అవకాశాలు అందించనప్పుడే సంక్షేమ పథకాల వైపు చూస్తారు. సర్వ స్వతంత్రంగా వాళ్ల కాళ్ల మీద వాళ్లు నిలబడే విధంగా ప్రభుత్వ విధానాలను అమలు చేయగలిగితే, ప్రజలు కూడా ప్రభుత్వం నుండి ఉచితంగా ఆశించరు” అని వివరించారు.

✅తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రానికి మరొక ఆణిముత్యాన్ని ఈరోజు అంకితం చేస్తున్న ఈ శుభసందర్భంలో ఇందుకోసం అహర్నిశలు కృషి చేసిన మంత్రులు దామోదర రాజనర్సింహ గారు, కోమటిరెడ్డి వెంకట్ రెడ్డి గారితో పాటు సిబ్బందికి ఈ సందర్భంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు అభినందనలు తెలిపారు.
