the constitution never has and never will protect Muslims, Adivasis, Dalits, queer people, or any other marginalised community. Sharjeel Imam is spot on in his analysis. what you lot are doing now is labeling him a fascist and Islamist, and it definitely won't help with his incarceration. none of you have any good-faith criticism to offer but actively helping the state by furthering harmful narratives against him.

free sharjeel imam.

What’re the odds some of those missing women were trafficked, and tortured on Epstein Island while selfish, utterly questionable people like Hardeep Puri reaped leverage?

What’re the odds this Criminal, Unregistered, Unaudited, Extremist heap of goons facilitated this crime?

The race course masjid case needs @KirenRijiju’s urgent intervention.
1. Despite the masjid being a gazetted waqf property since 1977, the waqf board did not challenge the demolition order. Neither did it make any effort to resolve the issue
2. Even the Waqf Amendment Act protects the masjid since it’s ‘waqf by user.’ And all such properties registered in the past continue to be protected. But still no effort was made.
3. It’s the Minister’s job to resolve the matter since the Delhi Waqf Board hasn’t been constituted since 2023 but the CEO of the Board could have intervened, that also did not happen.

No amount of efforts by powers that be & #GodiMedia to silence #VoteChori succeeds.
1. This audit by Charchagram found #WestBengal singled out, since 28/9 that d notorious #ECINET code is set to restrict D state's EROs & AEROs from accessing, reviewing enumeration forms, reviewing notice-hearing dashboard etc
2. This effectively means an illegally introduced centralised software is engaging statutory rights of voters through curbing roles of EROs/AEROs.
3. Remember #SeemaKhanna?
4. Remember the TCS-ECINET nexus!

Months after an anti-Muslim campaign over Eid al-Adha arrangements, residents of Poonam Estate Cluster 1 in Mira Road are questioning how Navratri celebrations went ahead with police and civic permissions despite an AGM resolution against festivals in the society’s common premises. They have also raised fire-safety complaints and allegations of political influence.

The historic Race Course Mosque at Lok Kalyan Marg, New Delhi, is facing the threat of demolition, according to its imam, Mohammad Harun.

Speaking to FOEJ Media, former journalist Huda Zariwala alleged that the mosque’s electricity supply had been disconnected, water supply disrupted, and worshippers are being stopped from offering namaz.

When FOEJ Media tried to reach the mosque to report on the matter, security guards stopped the team, saying that media personnel are not allowed inside.

The team also approached Imam Mohammad Harun to talk to him about the issue, but he declined to speak.
