TOTAL CHAOS: Labor’s ATO backflip exposes complete government incompetence.
Just 2 HOURS after Penny Wong went on national television claiming the Albanese Government was entirely powerless to stop the ATO’s credit card ban because they are “independent” Jim Chalmers proved her completely wrong.
In a humiliating, panic driven U turn, Chalmers and Assistant Treasurer Daniel Mulino performed an extraordinary ministerial backflip and dropped a Friday afternoon joint statement overriding the decision.
After insisting they couldn't intervene, Labor is now raiding taxpayer funds to bail out the ATO with “transitional funding”
the exact cost of which they can’t even confirm until the December MYEFO.
This isn't “backing small business” it's desperate damage control.
Labor's left hand has no idea what its right hand is doing. Within 120 minutes, the spin went from “our hands are tied by law” to “here is a taxpayer funded bail out”
A masterclass in economic mismanagement and utter communication breakdown by an absolute train wreck of a government.
This judge released a 16 year old foreigner who raped a girl in Australia because the guy is from Butan and has
“limited insight into societal norms.” of Australia.
He said the teen used "considerable force" while raping the girl but still suspended his sentence.
If they come from a country that doesn't know rape is bad why are they even allowed in?
This judge needs to be put behind bars too
@vam967@Icaroconalas@Maumunno Ligaf has not got a deal with any broadcasters for international viewing, Spain only.. this is a step backwards in women’s football especially when women’s football is in high demand at the moment they need to do what WSL did at use YouTube to gain viewers
@mundopelotanet@xelperus And to think only the Spanish audience and fans can see this with no international broadcast.. what a disappointment for womens football. As a Barca fan in 🇦🇺 we can only watch clips like this
💙❤️ Culés, we need you more than ever.
As many of you already know, YouTube deleted our channel — and unfortunately, this is not the first time we’ve had to start all over again. Every time we build something, we face another setback, but we refuse to give up.

The Prime Minister is out today boasting about his ban on card surcharges.
But there’s a catch.
While small businesses are being told to absorb the cost of accepting credit cards, his own Tax Office has decided it won’t. Instead, the ATO will simply stop accepting credit cards altogether.
You couldn’t make it up.
Labor can’t help itself. Every day brings another cost, another regulation or another burden for Australians trying to work hard, take a risk and get ahead.
The Prime Minister should reverse this ridiculous decision today.
Traitor Albanese announces
$200 million for the Bell Bay Smelter owned by Rio Tinto.
The Major Shareholders are:
• Chinalco (Aluminum Corporation of China): The state-owned Chinese enterprise is the largest single shareholder, holding roughly 11% to 14.5% of the company.
• BlackRock, Inc.: The world’s largest asset manager holds the second-largest position at approximately 7.5% to 8.7%.
• AustralianSuper: One of Australia's largest superannuation funds owns around 3.3% to 4.3%.
• The Vanguard Group: Another massive global asset management firm holds roughly 2.6% to 3.4
This is 100% true
***Labor give out $100 million every week*** in foreign aid
Meanwhile single Mums live in cold tents with children, cancer patients live in cars and veterans miss meals
You don’t hate Labor enough
Anika Wells submitted false travel invoices for thousands of dollars and was forced to repay them, with penalties
During the 000 outages, ***as people were dying and Wells was the communications minister*** she was busy booking business class tickets to New York to go to a lunch that her department organized (and we paid tens of thousands for) that Wells spoke at for ten minutes…
At the lunch Wells promoted her censorship of under 16s legislation (which we all now know has failed, and the kids are still online). ***Another person was announced to have died as a result of the 000 outage while she was New York*** The trip cost taxpayers $100k plus
And now Anika Wells is censoring Australia via the Digital Duty of Care
So how does this all equate to a TIME Top 100 influencer award? Did taxpayers fund the award via ads?
THIS IS SO DISGUSTING
BREAKING: ABSOLUTE MADNESS IN TASMANIA
Sudanese born convicted rapist Christo Brown, 29, is heading back to jail - again.
Brown violently broke into the home of a 76 year old pensioner and violently raped her.
After serving just 8 years, he was released under a “High Risk Offender Order” in October 2025 because authorities deemed him an “unacceptable risk” to the community.
Since his release, he has treated our justice system like a joke.
He was caught with methylamphetamine hidden in his underwear and smashed glass in a police van after letting his electronic tracking device drain to 16%.
Unbelievably, he managed to avoid immediate jail time during previous breaches because of “unallocated jail time” loopholes, effectively using past custody like a bank account to draw down on.
Deputy Chief Magistrate Ken Stanton finally put a stop to it, handing him a paltry six week prison sentence.
The real question every Australian should be asking is, why is this violent offender still in our country?
He is not an Australian citizen, why hasn’t his visa been cancelled and why isn’t he being deported immediately to protect public safety?
Our system is completely broken.
And Tony Burkes the architect.
Ray Hadley has savaged Anthony Albanese.
Federal multicultural grants have exploded from $32 million to $325 million since the last election. That’s not community support.
That’s industrial scale vote buying.
What’s worse, 94 per cent of that taxpayer cash went straight into Labor electorates. Closed, non competitive tenders. Marginal seats first. Ethnic blocs rewarded. The rest of the country can wait.
Hadley is right to call it what it is.
Albanese’s government has turned pork barrelling into an art form. Hundreds of millions funnelled through Home Affairs to lock in the ethnic vote while working Australians cop higher rents, stretched hospitals and stretched services.
This isn’t cohesion. It’s patronage dressed up as “multiculturalism”
Hadley says it’s time to end it and consign this blight on our democracy to history.
He’s correct.
Open the books. Stop treating taxpayer money as a campaign slush fund.
We need to Fire the Liar!
Don’t forget Burke decided that a Zambian sex offender with 100 + convictions, including the rape of a 3 yo boy, is not to be deported ….because of “hardship" he could face returning to Zambia!!
Our children deserve better than a minister prioritising pedos over public safety
The spin just got shredded.
RBA Governor Michele Bullock hiked rates to 4.6%, a 15 year high, and then refused to play Albanese and Chalmers’ blame game.
She said it straight:
“Inflation is too high and has been driven by domestic capacity pressures, the inflation impulse from the Middle East conflict is in addition to this, domestic spending and investment have been stronger than expected”
Then the killer line:
“The bottom line is that productivity is doing nothing”
Labor’s entire script collapsed in one press conference.
Albanese spent the morning blaming Morrison, Frydenberg, Putin and Trump.
Chalmers said “Middle East” ten times in 20 minutes and claimed the RBA statement made it “abundantly clear” that international factors were the driver.
Bullock said the opposite.
Domestic demand is too hot, supply isn’t growing, productivity is dead and extra government spending is making it worse.
Handouts, tax cuts, free TAFE and bulk billing announcements are not an economic strategy.
They are demand stimulus in an economy that already has excess demand. That is why mortgage holders are copping another hike and why more could still come.
The time for talking points is over.
Cut the spending. Fix productivity.
Stop pretending wars overseas explain a homegrown mess.
