@jojo49547318@newsinhughes And yet if Jenny Ware just responded by listening with respect, she wouldn’t look so bad at all. She might have asked some questions focused on the Voice and wrapped it all up nicely. But that would require some empathy, nuance and the ability to think on her feet.
