NEW🚨: David Lammy (UK Labour MP and current Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Secretary.
In 2022, while serving as shadow foreign secretary, he was investigated by the PARLIAMENTARY COMMISSIONER FOR STANDARDS
(Kathryn Stone) and found to have breached the MPs’ Code of Conduct.
He failed to register 16 interests (including earnings, gifts, benefits, and hospitality) within the required 28-day period. These were valued at over £35,000 in total.
Examples included payments for speeches (e.g., one in the US about the invasion of Ukraine and another from the Canary Wharf Group worth £3,280), tickets to American football and boxing matches, and other hospitality this was from tax payers money.
The commissioner concluded there was no deliberate intention to MISLEAD, but still ruled it a breach of the rules. No further sanctions were applied beyond the finding and apology had to be issued by him.
The fake outrage at the cost of the Clacton by-election is hilarious…
Andy Burnham abandoning the Greater Manchester Mayor position and causing a by-election… AND triggering a new Mayoral election, will add up to £4-5 million.
Clacton by-election approximately £250k all in.
*Reform have also offered to reimburse the Treasury after the by-election if allowed somehow.
And now here's the full facts you pathetic weasel.
Stood as a Labour council candidate and won.
Stood as a Tory council candidate in a seat that had not been Tory for years and won.
Stood as a Tory Parliamentary candidate in a safe Labour seat and won despite being third favourite at the bookies.
Stood as @reformparty_uk Parliamentary candidate and despite being 12 - 1 at the bookies at the start of the election and every other seat surrounding me going Labour I won and increased my vote share even though the boundary review cost me thousands of votes.
Stood 4 times. Won 4 times. Voted for by the same people in the same are 4 times.
You will lose your seat next time.
You haven't got the guts to fight a seat like mine.
You are a coward who shoots his mouth off on here yet when you walk by me in Parliament you look down to the floor and scurry past like a weasel.
Prediction - Reform gain.
@oldishbird1 But ok for an MP to resign get his mate elected to become PM and then get a nice policy job earning loads off taxpayers.
Whole system corrupt and only for the selfish narcissists
There is growing speculation about the enforcement of Labour's social media ban for Under-16s involving restrictions or bans on VPNs.
Make no mistake, if this is introduced, it will mean an end to online privacy, and the state will know exactly who is looking at what at all times if they so choose.
The only other states with restrictions on VPNs are China, Russia, Iran, Oman, the UAE, Turkey and India.
This is a dark direction of policy even for the Labour Party.

The first rung of the employment ladder is disappearing. Saturday jobs and first opportunities gave young people more than a wage. They built confidence, taught responsibility and provided the experience needed to get on. Now, Government decisions are making those opportunities harder to find.
Higher National Insurance, rising business rates, new employment regulations and soaring energy costs are piling burden after burden onto the businesses that create jobs. Young people are paying the price. The Government cannot keep looking at each decision in isolation while ignoring the cumulative damage it is doing to jobs, businesses and economic growth.
The Labour Government has done enough damage. It needs to think again.
Remember folks, Mr Farage, who wasn't even in govt, can't take any financial support to help him with costs but Starmer can take clothes from Lord Alli and the Labour Party can take a £4m gift via the Cayman Islands just before election.
And then there is this...
Labour are planning to let the rape gangs out of prison early.
Burnham says he wants to stop it.
So he - and all Labour MPs - can vote with us to do that this evening.
But will they? My letter to him:
