Absolutely disgusted @HastingsDirect won't cancel temp driver only due to start 24/8 & want full payment. No notification of this before agreeing either! They don't amend, yet they took extra money to add 2 weeks extra to temp drivers π‘ π€―
@HastingsDirect I haven't been issued a new certificate as the change isn't due to take effect until 24th August nor have I paid any additional fees yet ??? I'd appreciate someone contacting me today to resolve this issue please
@HastingsDirect I've made an official complaint and have a ref no. At no point did it advise no amendments can be made when changing on my app. Why am I able to add extra days but can't cancel 5 days in advance?
