@Hermesparcels in addition to that I now have to wait up to a month to get crap all compensation, keeping a customer waiting who is already frustrated at the ‘service’ from Hermes. The app is atrocious. The customer service lady I spoke to was lovely. Del instructs get ignored

@Hermesparcels package marked out for delivery. When I rang to chase it was actually damaged and never out for delivery. No notification. So many issues delivering to this customer. Regularly left in large rubbish bin with no card. Nearly went out with rubbish. App never said
