@DVLAgovuk Sam, I appreciate you have a reduced workforce but I’ve tried & tried and just can’t get through by phone or email. My son turned 17 yesterday & was so disappointed that he couldn’t have his first driving lesson, it’s so frustrating.

@DVLAgovuk Serious update needed on provisional licences. We applied early June & it still says awaiting postal info, which was sent months ago. Tried phoning can’t get through / emailed & get the same automated response. It’s now been 12 weeks! Please get your system in order!!

@DVLAgovuk @JosephB69313803 We applied for my sons provisional early June & had to send more p/w. He’s 17 tomorrow and we still have no licence! The online checking system still says it’s awaiting postal info despite it having been sent. Phones /emails not answered, all automated replies! Son is gutted!
