@AirbnbHelp It seems the people sitting in review dept of @Airbnb are GOD... No one discussing the case with the host can alter the decision or put up the matter to them though they agree high time with the guest... Simply asking host to live with it and closing the case...

Hi @AirbnbHelp, a guest review on my listing has misleading claims (strict checkout & unresponsiveness) though I provided proof of flexibility & hospitality. Case was closed with “no further review.” Please help escalate for fair reconsideration.

@AirbnbHelp I think you are just hearing us... Not taking any action.. no update on it till now... It's really important for us.. how can someone just write anything on the name of experience in review which is clearly violating the property rules, and still Airbnb allows review to be there

@AirbnbHelp It's really not helping out, as it seems everything is AI controlled, even the responses and case resolution... There is no human touch to actually understand the issue... Really Sad state...

@AirbnbHelp I have still not received any feedback on this issue... There is no discussion,simply a case closure notice everytime... How do a host explain the situation and their feelings...?

@AirbnbHelp I would expect that a detailed discussion is carried out with us to understand the situation and explain us in detail rather than simply closing the case. it dint even take few minutes to close this case by support team during the second review despite complete evidences

@ShashiTharoor Then why Congress ruled states r not allowing to come under gst regime. I think u forgot, state taxes are highest in upa ruled state only.. it crossed 100 in Rajsthan.. if u r so worried, then reduce state tax in rajasthan.. it may help congress in upcoming elections as well..
