@sainsburys spent 30mins+ on phone to Sainsbury’s coz I couldn’t check out my order. Tried on laptop, tried on app - even gave customer service error codes. Absolutely awful experience. Finally got resolved. Delivery turned up today, late, but at least carefully packed 🤬🤬
@runner_emz@sainsburys@promiseglutenfr I’m sure if you could buy them Sainsburys would gladly deliver it damaged, or maybe charge you for it but not deliver it. Maybe just out of date. That’s all I seem to get.

@sainsburys So another Sainsbury’s delivery. Another example of Sainsbury’s proving their utter incompetence. Goods missing but charged for. Still waiting for the call back promised 2 weeks ago after last FU.

@sainsburys Apologies. I’ve had a few rants at Sainsbury’s today. But after many years of being a loyal customer I cannot put into words how frustrated I am that I cannot find a way to talk to anyone responsible. Does anyone know how you can get Sainsburys to actually engage ? Radio silence.
@sainsburys To summarise. Sainsburys. Charged for missing goods. Charged for damaged goods. Charged for goods returned. Polite customer service rep response, “we’ve been unable to contact store responsible”. Issued closed. Best team wins…😟😟
@sainsburys Sorry for another rant. Got a DM. Said “we’re really sorry” but offered no solution. But did tell me that complaint now closed, and sent me a survey. I don’t blame the individuals involved, but Sainsburys corperate - have a word with yourselves..ffs.

@sainsburys Putting shopping away. I ask my wife where an item is…”Delivery driver says they didn’t have any”. On receipt though. Guess “good news we’ve got everything you ordered” should have said, “we’ve charged you for everything you ordered…..regardless of whether we’ve delivering it”.
