Well we completed our traditional Christmas 100x100s early today and what a fantastic turn out it was with 24 swimmers including @Luke Greenbank turning . The atmosphere was amazing and the coaches had the best time 👍🏻. Well done everyone Cockermouth Swimming 🐊🐊

I continued, "#Coaches are generally the people who deliver the day-to-day experience of your #sport to kids and families.
Coaches ARE the relationship between your sport and the participants.
Coaches are the CONNECTORS - they are the people who connect your sport to the kids and families you're aiming to recruit and retain.
All the marketing campaigns in the world will not work unless you've engaged the hearts and minds of the coaches who are the people in your sport's "frontline" delivering the sports experiences you'd like to see delivered".

Well that’s it for the season baring a couple of sessions between Christmas and the new year. We finished yesterday with our traditional 100 x 100 which as usual was well attended. Wyatt Walsh takes the sprint challenge for the boys and Brooklyn Hale for the girls. Well done…
