Akbar Baloch, stellvertretender Sekretär der BNM-Einheit Bremen, sprach bei der Aufklärungs- und Protestaktion in Göttingen gegen die illegalen Bombardierungen von Surab in Belutschistan durch Pakistan.

In seiner Rede sprach er über das Massaker von Surab und die erzwungenen Verschleppungen in Belutschistan. Er machte auf das Leid der Zivilbevölkerung aufmerksam und kritisierte die systematische Diskriminierung und Gewalt gegen das belutschische Volk.

Akbar Baloch sagte, dass das belutschische Volk weiterhin für seine Grundrechte, Gerechtigkeit, Würde und Freiheit kämpft. Er verurteilte die Gewalt gegen die Belutschen und forderte die internationale Gemeinschaft auf, die Situation in Belutschistan ernst zu nehmen.

Paank strongly condemns the bombardment of civilian areas in Soorab, Balochistan, by the Pakistan Army, which resulted in a number of civilians being killed and injured, including women and children.

According to information received by Paank, a number of civilians were killed and injured in the bombardment. Six people have been identified among those killed: Raj Babu, wife of Rasool Bakhsh; Safia, wife of Noor Jan; two-year-old Jalal, son of Noor Jan; Shabbir Ahmed, son of Khudadad; Noor Jan, son of Rasool Bakhsh; and Karim Dad, son of Rasool Bakhsh.

Nine injured people have also been identified, including men, women and children. Among the injured are one-year-old Asim, three-year-old Rahabia, five-year-old Sadia, seven-year-old Fatima, two-year-old Zia ur Rehman, one-year-old Ameer, and four-year-old Haseena.

The killing and injury of civilians, particularly young children, demonstrates the grave human cost of military operations conducted in populated areas. Civilians must never be targeted, and all parties to an armed conflict are obligated to take every feasible measure to protect civilian life and prevent indiscriminate attacks.

Paank calls for an independent, impartial and transparent investigation into the bombardment and the civilian casualties. Those responsible for unlawful attacks resulting in the deaths and injuries of civilians must be held accountable in accordance with international human rights and humanitarian law.

Paank urges the authorities to immediately ensure medical treatment and humanitarian assistance for all those injured and affected, with particular attention to the injured children and their families.

Paank also calls upon the United Nations, international human rights organisations and the international community to closely monitor the situation in Balochistan and press the Government of Pakistan to ensure the protection of civilians and accountability for violations.

The deaths and injuries of civilians in Soorab must not be met with silence or impunity. Every civilian life lost deserves justice, and every victim has the right to truth and accountability.

A shutter down strike is underway across Balochistan following a call by the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) in protest against the Surab massacre. Markets and business centers remain closed as people mourn the victims and condemn the killings. The tragedy demands an independent and transparent investigation, accountability for those responsible, and an immediate end to violence against civilians.

سوراب کے علاقے گدر میں پاکستانی فوج کی بمباری کے نتیجے میں 27 بلوچ خواتین اور بچے شہید، جبکہ سینکڑوں افراد زخمی ہوئے ہیں۔ یہ ایک انتہائی غیر انسانی اور سفاکانہ عمل ہے، جسے خود کو اسلامی ریاست قرار دینے والی ریاست پاکستان انجام دے رہی ہے۔
اس کارروائی میں براہِ راست بلوچستان کے وزیرِ اعلیٰ سرفراز بگٹی، وزیرِ داخلہ ضیاء لانگو اور کور کمانڈر بلوچستان کے ملوث ہیں۔ انسانی حقوق کے اداروں سے اپیل ہے کہ وہ اس جنگی جرم میں ملوث افراد کے خلاف اپنا کردار ادا کریں اور اس واقعے کی اقوام متحدہ سے آزادانہ و شفاف تحقیقات کا مطالبہ کرتے ہیں۔
پاکستانی فوج کا سفاک چہرہ اب مزید واضح ہوتا جا رہا ہے۔ بلوچ قوم کو ایسے اقدامات کے ذریعے پسپا نہیں کیا جا سکتا۔ ہم دنیا کی توجہ اس جانب مبذول کرانے کی کوشش کر رہے ہیں تاکہ بلوچوں کے خلاف انسانی حقوق کی خلاف ورزیوں اور نسل کشی کو روکا جا سکے۔
ہم اقوامِ متحدہ سے اپیل کرتے ہیں کہ وہ بلوچستان میں جاری جنگی جرائم کو روکنے کے لیے بلوچستان میں Peacekeeping Missions بھیجے، تاکہ اقوامِ متحدہ کے نمائندے بلوچستان میں جاری صورتحال اور مظالم کا خود جائزہ لے سکیں اور انہیں روکنے میں اپنا کردار ادا کر سکیں۔ کیونکہ اس وقت پاکستانی فوج بلوچستان میں بلوچوں کے خلاف نسل کشی میں کوئی کسر نہیں چھوڑ رہی ہے۔
