@JohnLewisRetail since when did the service at John Lewis become so bad? Bought a fridge freezer which has been a disaster - their Customer Services isn’t helping much either …
@MartinSLewis I had £100 premium bond given to me by my parents. I came home from our honeymoon to find a winning warrant for £100 on the doormat dated the same date as my birthday which just happened to be the same date as our wedding day. I think Ernie is pretty cool!

@UPS I am trying to make a claim for a parcel you have lost - I have watched the video which says it is really easy - it is NOT. I have made about 24 attempts because each time I try to add my bank details I can’t for some reason - are there any humans working there?
@AmazonUK need to amend their delivered information from ‘in your letterbox’ to ‘left next to the main entrance to flats two floors down’. Apparently this is their new delivery policy so don’t bother order anything valuable …
@RoyalMailHelp I’ve stayed in all day for a parcel to be delivered only to receive an email saying someone tried to deliver but I was out. I have a video doorbell and NO YOU HAVEN’T BECAUSE IF YOU HAD I WOULD HAVE A RECORDING OF IT
@amazon say they delivered my purchase to my letterbox but yet again the driver is lying my parcel was two flights down next to the unlocked main entrance for any thief to collect Don’t worry @amazonuk I have collected mine & other parcels for my neighbours and delivered them.
@UPS I’ve been in all day waiting for a consignment being delivered by @ups and just received an email saying they couldn’t deliver it so they are taking it to a shop miles away for me to collect. What’s going on - no-one has tried to deliver anything here?
@royalmailhelp I’ve sent THREE direct messages about the non-delivery of an International Registered parcel that I paid over £20 for and yet to receive A SINGLE RESPONSE is - there anybody there?????????
We sent a parcel using @royalmail on the 31st Jan, sent a DM to @royalmailhelp with details yesterday AND THEY HAVE DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP US. Now have irate client demanding a replacement be sent immediately. Why would anyone rely on @RoyalMail ?
@RoyalMailHelp I paid a lot of money to post a parcel to Ireland on 31 Jan using Int Reg Post - it’s now 22 Feb and still hasn’t been delivered! The tracking shows it being picked up and then shunted around from pillar to post and it has now been returned to the UK to try again!
