Still can’t believe #airbnb They make us cancel and then won’t refund money. Only give us credit? Why would I book again so you can cancel again? Told us not to trust hosts, but then ask us to trust that their property is safe?

[Steve Boutell @sbboutell]

Not very happy with #airbnb right now. Cancelled a reservation for my sons graduation 1 week out and now don’t want to refund us! Never again.

Only half of the pastor’s work is to gather the people together for worship. The other half is to send them back to their daily tasks equipped to be the salt of the earth and the light of the world. If we forget this second part, the other can be positively dangerous.

Due to our recent weather hazards and the resulting school closings, all scheduled activities for tonight will be canceled. This includes the meal, age-level activities, and musical rehearsals. Stay safe and warm today!

[UMCOR @UMC_UMCOR]

Jesus washes the disciples feet but just before he does it there is this little statement… ‘Because Jesus knew he came from God and was on His way back to God, he took off his rabbinical robe…’ our own security in Love liberates us to serve. #MaundyThursday
