We have to first ask U S to clarify if it is a part of WTO or not .Our response has to be strategised after knowing U S position keeping in mind our aspirations,needs amd interests.

For efficacy simple clinical trials under a proper and rational framework can be done for revalidation .Time to come up with NDCTR for AYUSH

@d_s_thakur @moayush @theliverdoc Please go thru DMR Act,1954 in detail .It prohibits all consumer (B to C) ads of all kinds by all including companies,hospitals ,clinics ,doctors etc of all branches . This act must be scrapped .Consumer Protection Act ,2019 covers all aspects

Drugs and magic remedies (objectionable advertisements)act ,1954 deserves reading by all .Section 3 of the act prohibits ads for 54 diseases in schedule of the act Many people violating everyday . Time to review this irrational and anti people act urgently

I assert that all medicinal sciences are at best semi sciences .Biomedical world has created a mythical image of being scientific whereas it is semi scientific . It has continued to accuse AYUSH as being unscientific as it is unable to understand these knowledge systems

Experience ,maturity and knowledge of many retired but not tired people can transform India if properly channelised
