Came over 10 years ago & I saw for myself the impact of taking them out of the world & situation they’re in, focussing on the operation of the farm & eating/talking together around the table. Truly life changing effect ✨

@menomatters Today I am feeling awful, menopause is a life changer and I’m doing all I can to get through. I only hope that this hormonal change in later life is taught in secondary schools to prepare future sufferers and families for the impact it has on all.
