Created in partnership with Tomorrow's Talent and Compton Unified School District, the Water Leaders Academy is helping inspire and prepare the next generation of water professionals as the industry faces a growing workforce need.

Through this paid internship program, students will gain hands-on exposure to careers in water treatment, groundwater, engineering, environmental sustainability, and utility operations through site tours, workshops, and mentorship from industry professionals.
