@DiedofEnnui It’s more about building a new habit, Ithink, than self-identifying as a night or morning person. I’ve been both, and when over the years a new work scenario has required an earlier or later start time, my circadian rhythm shifted accordingly—like others here have mentioned.
I think the same thing is happening with job titles that happened with juices. You can find blends of all sorts of juices in all sorts of combinations. But the result there was only confused tastebuds.
