@MyIndusIndBank i have credit card relationship with over 10 banks @MyIndusIndBank is by far the worst when it comes customer service , the "premium care" send the template response all the time , today they sent a response meant for another customer @RBI@jagograhakjago
@EquitasBank i have been using credit cards in india for over 25 years.. the most crappiest experience is with equitas from the moment of application to KYC to BGV .. they make it look like every step is a rocket science . pathetic experience so far
KYC is successful twice and later their fail it and force you to go thru the unprofessional agency .. KYC scheduling neve works.. so far , i have attempted to do this more than 20 times .. pretty bad process
@MyIndusIndBank had a disappointing experience with my new relationship with indusind. no one attempted to deliver the card(CC) and simply sent it back as undeliverable. have no way to contact indusind as i dont have my card number .
