@EurekaForbes and then your technicians push for AMC whenever they visit. I do not see any reason to renew my AMC with you guys. Moreover all the services as per the AMC are not even provided. JUST HORRIBLE SERVICE.

@EurekaForbes pathetic service. I had registered for a service for 9th March (complaint no. CM-080326-68238203). Since then 3 technicians have been allocated for the job but none has turned up till date.

Moreover the bushes are not trimmed and it’s coming on the streets. No proper street lights leading to serious safety concerns in the night

@EurekaForbes Moreover I am now not able to raise a complaint now through the mobile app. Error in app too. No option to speak to customer care reps. All on IVR. SIMPLY PATHETIC. You guys r taking consumers for a ride.

@EurekaForbes pathetic service quality. Your service engineers are least bothered on attending service calls booked thru the app. They r interested in money nt customer service. This after renewal of AMC paying a hefty amount. SIMPLY PATHETIC

@EurekaForbes Horrible service. My water purifier facing the sane issue just within a week of getting it repaired by the service engineer. Doubt if they used genuine parts or some second hand local stuff. Time to shift to other brand. Compelled to move to consumer court.
