@FrancesBar1607@BuckSexton Don’t forget, he plays on his own courses, so any profits go to him. Talk abt bilking the American people for personal gain!
@BuckSexton@_ROB_29 How can we take as serious an administration that says it wants to cut corruption and waster when they’ve spent $25 million in the last week for Trump to go to Super Bowl, Daytona and MarALago twice to play golf?
Their “plan” has NO CREDIBILITY.
@BuckSexton If I were to cast a WW2 movie I would immediately hire this douchebag. He is PERFECT! His politics would mesh nicely with those of the 3rd Reich.
@BuckSexton Hey Buck - Considering you were once a fed, why are you ok with the slash-and-burn method? Why not go to each agency and say “you have one month for zero-based review?” DOGE is taking out some of the best and brightest, and I thought we are supposed to base things on merit now.
@BuckSexton GMAFB. These idiots are looking at a spreadsheet and picking stuff (and people) to cut with no analysis. This bald-headed weirdo freaks out any time anyone tries to dig deeper into their process because they have no coherent plan.
If you're the type of American who roots for the government to be dismantled, cheers for fellow Americans to lose their jobs, gets off on migrants being sent to Guantanamo, cheers for the guy who will bring measles to your kids, enjoys knowing children around the world will now starve to death at the hands of the U.S...
You are not a patriot.
You're a ghoul.
Ask yourselves why.
BREAKING NEWS:
Judge John Coughenour came out with the following statement after issuing a preliminary injunction on Trumps executive order for ending birthright citizenship.
"It has become ever more apparent that to our president, the rule of law is but an impediment to his policy goals.
The rule of law is, according to him, something to navigate around or simply ignore, whether that be for political or personal gain…
There are moments in the world's history where people look back and ask, ‘Where were the lawyers, where were the judges?" Coughenour said.
"In these moments, the rule of law becomes especially vulnerable. I refuse to let that beacon go dark today."
Thank you, Judge Coughenour!
RT if you agree with him! 💙
@StephenRuhe@DuncanMcFarlan@krassenstein Exactly which agency is executing the functions of USAID? Programs halted midway are a waste of $, anti-national security, and leave openings for our adversaries to build relationships that were ours. Not to mention individuals suffering and dying, research lost. Shameful!
@StephenRuhe@DuncanMcFarlan@krassenstein The USDS mission was to improve data services through interdisciplinary teams of technologists – incl. engineers, data scientists, designers, user researchers, product managers, and procurement experts to deliver superior services to the public and to build digital capabilities.
@StephenRuhe@krassenstein What DOGE is doing was not the role of USDS. USDS mission was to bring together INTERDISCIPLINARY teams to improve govt tech and delivery of service to the people, not raid secure systems for alleged govt ‘efficiency’ (and copy/steal our private info for no valid reason).
BREAKING NEWS:
Republican Senator Jerry Moran of Kansas has split with his party to admonish the reckless and illegal shutdown on USAID:
Moran says the aggressive change at the USAID office shut down left $340 million in lifesaving food grown in the United States sitting at domestic ports, waiting to be delivered to various destinations where people are STARVING.
"Time is running out before this lifesaving aid perishes," Moran said. "Food stability is essential to political stability, and our food aid programs help feed the hungry, bolster our national security and provide an important market for our farmers, especially when commodity prices are low."
This is not a democratic vs. republican issue. This is a humanitarian issue!
Thank you Senator Moran for speaking out!
@thejackhopkins Thanks, Jack! I am hoping you’re right. I’ve been saying for a long time that this is not a political battle. It’s an existential battle. Do we like democracy, American institutions, and debating things that matter? Or are we voiceless subjects to a king?
It’s beyond politics.
I’ve been warning the left for a long time to brace for impact because we lost touch with populism and electoral losses were on the way. Now, I’ll warn the right-wing to brace for impact. The country is about to turn on @elonmusk.
Going fast and breaking things might work in Silicon Valley, but it doesn’t work with the US government. When things get broken in the government, it puts people’s lives in danger. He’s going too fast and breaking too many things. The majority of the country is much more moderate than either side wants to admit. There’s about to be a backlash.
@DeeBenz1776@BrandonStraka@cenkuygur Convoluted thinking. You can’t get the economy back open if vaccines are arbitrary. That’s not how it works. Understanding public health strategies is beyond much of magas comprehension. Easier to blame the evil Dems and cause unnecessary deaths than learn the science.
@Inadvertantview@MuskEsUnChomo@jmontforttx The resources and opportunity to do that work is definitely relevant. And do you know what it takes to be able to afford $65K? Not something min. Wage workers will ever see. But you are lucky, to find such a community. It’s rare, no matter how much hard work you put in.
