This is harassment, not enforcement. We paid every rupee Customs demanded 2 yrs ago. Order-in-Original confirms nil dues. Yet our exports (IEC 0507001061) are held hostage at ACC Sahar, Andheri, Mumbai — costing us demurrage & overseas clients. @cbic_india Remove the flag. NOW.

जब भी ऑडिट हुए तब हमेशा 74 में SCN दिया है, एक भी नोटिस 73 में नहीं दिया,

जबकि जहाँ Supression/ Fraud/ Willful Misstatment हो वहाँ सिर्फ़ 74 दिया जायेगा

जबकि ये बिना इन सबके Audit के बाद 74 ही दे रहे है

FY 1920 के Section 73 के ऑर्डर DRC 07 की अंतिम तारीक 31st Aug है, अब GST Amensty Scheme भी आ गई है जैसे 16(4) Interest penalty waiver S128A आदि

लेकिन अभी तक बजट 2024 को CBIC ने नोटिफाई नहीं किया है तो इसका फ़ायदा टैक्सपेयर को मिल नहीं रहा है

इसलिए @cbic_india @nsitharaman से Request है कि आप इसको नोटिफाई कर दो या फिर सर्कुलर लाकर बोल दो की किसी का 16(4) का मैटर है तो उसको Proper Officer बजट के हिसाब से डिमांड O कर दे, ताकि टैक्सपेयर को रिलीफ मिल सके, नहीं तो फिर उसको अपील में जाना पड़ेगा और फ़ालतू में उसका वक़्त लगेगा
