Congratulations Judge @dkmaraga for awakening this nation from our deep slumber on the basic governance structures in our national Constitution 2010. Kenyans continue to suffer under very punitive policies that are unwarrantedly caused and enforced by these politicians and yet, the same political class continues to meddle in the choices that Kenyans want to make on their political rights. The Tallying Center "BOMAS" concept has time and time again been cited as a "crime scene" in betraying the will of the citizens of this Country, but this has been ignored by the the same people who are guilty of overturning the will of the people, not withstanding; the attendant mayhem and socioeconomic losses that Kenyans have had to bear in the hands of the same architecs of the theft of their votes. Kindly allow me to make this observation; the stability of this Country and the welfare of 55 million plus, Kenyans and their loved ones are too important, to be left at the mercy and mischievous whims of some 2000 or so, politicians with their self-interested appointed IEBC agents to do whatever they choose with our lives! The law gives the Head of State the responsibility to appoint IEBC Commissioners and no body has challenged that right. But, the need for our electoral process to remain above board, cannot be negotiated with him or any other competitor in the elections; it has to rest squarely in the domain of Kenyan citizens. H.E the President's tour of duty in Kisumu County continued today with focus on infrastructure transformation. Infrastructure development is the foundational backbone for the socio-economic uplifting of the common mwananchi.

We witnessed the commissioning of the KSh8.4 billion Lake Victoria Water and Sanitation Project in Nyamasaria, which is earmarked to connect 53,000 additional households to reliable water and 23,000 to sewerage services, while reducing water losses by 27%, while connecting more housing units to water and sewerage services,

We also inspected the Chemelil-Muhoroni Junction Road, part of the KSh15.7 billion Kisumu-Chemelil-Muhoroni-Kipsitet upgrade, and flagged off the launch of the KSh962 million, 12km Rabuor-Chiga Road, which will provide an alternative link between Kondele, Kibos and the Kisumu-Ahero Road at Rabuor Market, easing movement and opening up more opportunities for communities along the corridor.

The national government has also allocated KSh23 billion for eight new roads covering 270km, positioning Kisumu for better connectivity, stronger trade and greater economic opportunity.

The commissioning of the new Kisumu Air Traffic Control Tower at Kisumu International Airport will strengthen aviation safety and efficiency placing the Kisumu International Airport strategic gor growth, while the Kisumu West Sub-County Police Headquarters in Otonglo will enhance security services.

As Kisumu continues to grow, we remain committed to working with the National Government to deliver infrastructure that opens opportunities, strengthens our economy and improves the quality of life for our people.

I know, you are widely accepted across the Country and chances are , you might be attracting s lot of envy from outside and even even from within the Linda Mwananchi movement. I don't know if it is only we who seeing this apparent confusion with the posturing of Orengo and Babu in some amorphous positions of Party Leader, Party Chairman and pretending to tell us tell us that mara, you both with Orengo will be subjected to internal Party democracy. These are my unfortunate views; you are being played. Orengo is keen to continue the politics of brokerage with Kasongo or whoever will have the leverage as you do the heavy lifting. Babu is more concerned about you being out of the picture come, 2032 because, if you win the general elections in 2027, his ambition of trying to vie in 2032 will have suffered a fatal blow. Do not allow or imagine that Orengo and Babu can go to negotiate for your benefit among the other opposition leaders. My thoughts are are that you need to draw the line this early which will give your supporters sufficient confidence by identifying and promoting another political vehicle. That isnif you truly mean business, because these people want to ride on your back to cross the river to their individual ambitions and then abandon you before you achieve your own ambition. Dear Leaders, good afternoon and my best wishes. @edwinsifuna @RealMatiangi @dkmaraga @HonJBMuturi @rigathi @MarthaKarua Please allow me to inquire; could some of you take some time to follow up on the appeal by @OkiyaOmtatah regarding the IEBC voters' register anomalies? He is proposing for a comprehensive review of the entire database to update the data accuracy. If this can be done within this period before the new voting system provider is finalized, it would be truly useful. It seems, every one is on the campaign trail but very little effort is focusing on the integrity of the process.

Hello @SpiceFMKE , this administration has failed @Kenyans constantly due to its lack of commitment to any long-term public policy direction. The President has remained focused of this "shiny object syndrome" ideological framing for far too long. When he assumed office, he went overboard shouting about Kenya being the origin of mankind and he invited every black person to come back home. He wanted to play the role of the assuring father figure who would host all black people of the world. Now, he is the same people who has encouraged Kenyans to travel abroad and seek jobs including even menial low paying jobs. So, what is the difference with non-kenyans coming here to undertake such unskilled jobs? We did not invite them to come here purely to pick national IDs and voter cards and then expect them to live off the generosity of begging until August 2027!

Good morning judge @dkmaraga, I hope you are keeping well. I kindly wish to raise some observations hopefully, for your attention and possible action. The GenZ voter registration and mobilization efforts appear to be missing. The loose ends on the IEBC ground rules which remain largely open to adminstrative interventions at the 11th hour, remain a greater risk to transparency that I don't think, is being given adequate attention. Is it possible to tie all critical operational IEBC interventions like; ordering the use of manual register whenever there's internet failure, the closure of live streaming of results, the authorization of ungazetted polling stations e.t.c. interventions so that they can only be authorised by the judiciary before they are implemented? The declaration of interim results could be directed to happen within 6 hours of Constituency exit polls? The Tallying Center or Bomas drama which holds the Country on tender hooks indefinitely, must be addressed by petitioning the court seeking its abolition should happen by a piece of legislation. I would like to make this unique observation and seek your thoughts on the same; why should the President who is a candidate in an election, retain executive authority presiding over all governance organs of the State during the entire period. I suggest, the President should exercise limited authority in the period of one month to and on month after the declaration of Presidential elections? I suggest that efforts be explored to transfer the command of all State Organs which include; the KDF, the NPS, the IEBC, the National Coordination etc to be answerable to the Judiciary for the period of one month before and the period on not less than one month following the declaration of the results, until a new office bearer takes the oath of office. I believe, if your legal teams and legislators can be requested to draft these bills, the mood in the Country at the moment can make this to happen as minimal reforms before the next elections. The justification is that the current hostile environment which appears to be weaponized to intimidate and harass the opposition could easily make voter suppression a real asset to the incumbent. The current goonism phenomena in the Country, easily makes this latter proposal so necessary!
