It’s been more than 48 hours since I raised the request( JS-26061612253547), yet the product installation is still not done
Calling customer care only results in being given the runaround, with no proper resolution

Facing green line issue on my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE. The issue appeared suddenly after a software update.
This is a widely reported issue in S21 series.
No physical or water damage.
Service center has refused free replacement. Kindly Help 🙏
