@aDatingDad On the flipside, friends and acquaintances look utterly confused when I tell them I now run a global IT company! Apparently I don't look like a "geek" 🤨
Started going into schools to talk about what I do but sadly that doesn't help now!

@aDatingDad 100% this! Although Australia & UK are way better than America on the gender gap! I went to a conference last year over there & the number of people who assumed I worked in sales or HR was incredible! Their faces when I said I was COFO! 🙄 Equally it's hard to recruit women! 1/2
