So, you subconsciously start destroying yourself just to release the feelings you've bottled" And that hit me like a brick"
in your mid 20s, you'll see people start to lose the light in their eyes and develop a slight despise for others who pick up or continue to pursue hobbies, it's very important that you don't end up becoming one of them
learn to be alone. eat alone, sleep alone, vibe alone, heal alone. be so confident that you can bloom without opinions and approvals. and if you ever doubt yourself, always remember who you were and how far you've come.
