@LearnDirectUK are you and The Training Room still in business ? You are impossible for a student to reach and he cannot progress with out contacting you. Please advise ?

@Eurostar@annakcmacleod To be clear you did NOT send out comms to all impacted Those customers with trains booked as part of a package with you were NOT advised. Your agents admitted it earlier .
@Eurostar If you had advised us then I am sure we would have had at least a chance to re-booking. Your lack of comms to those who booked packages with you (so spent more and got a lesser service ?! ) is the issue here. I was unaware of the cancellation for hours & should have been told.
@lillierosedaley@Eurostar I agree, thought we’d try Eurostar but won’t do it again. We did finally get someone really helpful on the phone this AM and are now going via Lille with a TGV onto Paris. The comms ( or lack of) is inexcusable. Hope you’ve got sorted .
@Eurostar I already did last night at around 6pm UK but no one to help or respond. I am now on the phone to your contact centre .. spoke to an agent and have now been on hold for 15 mins and still waiting for them to come back to me . I will DM again with the booking ref.
@Eurostar I checked your website when I finished work yesterday and only then saw the cancellation .. checked emails and Texts ; nothing from you re the cancellation at all. Then you are closed so no support and the website not offering a link to make a chance . Really not good enough .
@Eurostar@ImmyShare You didn’t even send any communication to us to advise of the cancellation so how were we supposed to know to change ? Really not good enough. Our whole trip is now up in the air and there is no-one to speak to as your call centre is closed .
@_samdeane @EurostarUK We have the same problem , tried to call and the contact centre is closed . Have also sent a DM . Need to make/changes plans asap
@ViatorAgents very disappointed that you are unable to help with moving a booking we’ve made. I understand & note it was not changeable, but you have not even attempted to assist us, just dismissed the request. We’ve used you for trips and tours all over the world. Never again.
