@sayysuhh13 @rickwitap @SouthwestAir I’m in this boat too! Baggage at MSY (New Orleans) was a nightmare! They were only retrieving the bags of ppl who asked & waited in line to write my name on a very unofficial “list”. Finally had to leave so we could drive home ($1000 later for a rental)!!

@SouthwestAir, my flight from MSY to BNA was cancelled. After waiting 2+ hours for our bags they wanted us all to wait in the miles long baggage line to give them our numbers to retrieve them. We finally had to leave to get home. How do I get my bags?
