@KirkGraystone@RealCandaceO Neither does any sworn testimony, it’s in every jury instruction that testimony can be weighed against the credibility of the person giving it. If in trial his defense team can raise issues of credibility, the jury can disregard all of his testimony if they want.
@KirkGraystone@RealCandaceO You don’t understand what you are saying. He has immunity in the sense that what he says can’t be used against him if he is ever taken to trial. If they find evidence that he was involved, he can still be charged, and if what he said was a lie, he can be charged with perjury
