@CityPowerJhb @DadaMorero looks like we need another committee for Electricity within COJ, these weekly outages are unacceptable. @Kgosientsho_R we are not seeing commitment in resolving electrical issues from city power! Why would it take at least 48hrs to resolve an outage?

@CityPowerJhb Main reason is your incompetency. We can't be experiencing outtages on a monthly basis then it takes you at least 2 weeks to restore. This shouldn't be a norm!

@CityPowerJhb When is your testing team going to acknowledge the request and commit to a specific time? 10 days without electricity shouldn't be treated as business as usual, rather a high priority!

@Donassia @CityPowerJhb It is evident, the problem is the Managers and the technical teams. Are they even qualified to do their jobs? There's no sound Engineer/Technician who would fail to restore an outtage for at least 9 days.
