Police shot and killed a one-year-old Black baby in Mississippi.

Now, the state's attorney general says the shooting was justified.

His name was Kohen Wiley.

He was sitting in his mother's lap when an officer opened fire on their car while responding to an alleged shoplifting incident.

A baby is dead, and the authorities have declared the killing justified.

The family is demanding answers, and the body-camera footage has not been publicly released.
