Very disappointed with @PNCBank- I disputed a fraudulent charge from when I was purposely targeted, intimidated, and scammed at the gas station. It was a scary experience and I immediately tried to dispute it and told them what happened only for them to deny my claim

So not only did I go through a scary experience while knowingly getting scammed but couldn’t do anything because I was alone, y’all also refuse to give me my money back. You’re worth $557 BILLION but couldn’t refund me $99. What a joke 😤
