- Front loaded squats with a pause at the bottom using the KABUKI TRANSFORMER BAR
- Explosive dumbbell shoulder press
- Bulgarian Split Squat Jumps-using a front power squat machine

The 2026 offseason training starts now. I continue to grow, learn and get better daily ! The ultimate goal for me in 2026 is to be Quavi (Kwavee).
The "QUAVI" method, popularized by @LSLELITE , focuses on maximizing efficiency and speed during the snap to prevent punts from being blocked.
Here I pulled 12 plates for 5 reps targeting my hamstrings, glutes, and lower back, crucial for power and speed.
