The Congo no longer cares about affiliations and alliances with other nations. We recognize that without the issuing of a public directive soon, the world will fall into World War 3 #MACMUN2019 #macmunsc19 (1)

Clearly, the Security Council will not be able to come to an agreement on diffusing the crisis. It is the belief of the Congo that it is time for other negotiators from our respective nations to lead diffusion efforts.

The Congo also advised China to send diplomats to Pakistan. The nuclear weapons idea is only to avert large scale destruction in the case that negotiations do not work.

The only purpose of this is to implement the Mutually Assured Destruction theory, so that Pakistan does not strike with nuclear weapons first. China has a policy never to strike first. #macmunsc19 #MacMUN2019
