Flew @airindia from BLR to DEL. Clean aircraft, awesome crue and good service. I also flew to LHR from Delhi (AI 161) in business class again everything perfect except that the checking in experience as usual is poor with long que and lethargic staff.

Flew @airindia from LHR to DEL. The business class cubicles were spacious. The crew were very polite and attentive but flight deck just did their job but no friendly announcements or information!
