@EvonMush2700 I believe we’re actually blaming the upper stage for B19’s issues. The startup timing wasn’t what was planned and kicked the booster in an unexpected direction where the exhaust caught a grid fin and caused more spinning and the fuel slosh caused the violent engine failure.
