@nottspolice Excellent initiative that all Forces should adopt. However, I’m surprised it took 10 weeks, as there are only a few bits Special Constables typically don’t get trained in such as PEACE suspect interviews

Staff Safety Refresher completed for another 6 months 👍 Nice to see quite a few Special Constables on the course. Even got progress reviews done with my 2 of my non-IP officers @SussexSpecials #usingmytimewisely
