Of course not. Every year there’s literally no queue to get tickets during the Amex presale. It’s a shame @Ticketmaster has ruined the best event in New York @usopen. And the US Open is doing nothing about it. Shameful!

I set a calendar reminder for the Amex US Open presale this morning, logged on, and was greeted by 430,000 people ahead of me in the queue. Not sure how many are bots, but in 2026 there has to be a better way for brands like American Express to offer perks. Almost doing more brand damage than if they just didn’t offer it

Why are AMEX presale tickets immediately being sold as resale @usopen? If you advertise reserved pre-sale tickets for AMEX make this a reality. Why do you allow @TicketMaster immediately resale them?

@usopen trying to buy tickets through your advertised AMEX pre-sale and all that appears on @TicketMaster are resale tickets. This is outrageous! Why advertise that presale tickets are advertised if you are not actually making them available?
