@jmikesell92 YA I KNOW! Crazy. Hopper didn’t refund me though, airline gave me credit and credit card deemed the charge as fraud. I haven’t called the airline to see if the airline credit gets reversed though.
@astrodil@hopper UNREAL!! I actually got a $800 credit from my airline when this all happened. I don’t know why but based on my fly date they allowed me a airline credit. Then 4 months later my credit card refunded me another 800. So now I have 1600? I don’t know if both work

@HOSSEEIIN@hopper Ugh I see they refunded me my flight money but now how do I go on about getting my price freeze back, they booked two flights but I never received the confirmation to finalize so they weren’t fully booked & the price freeze expired after

@hopper I've been waiting to get reimbursed for my flight cancellation due to COVID since April. Was told 90 days and now it's been 7 months... I have zero way to contact customer support. I get being over loaded with requests but... Little help?
