Transport Minister, Shri @MauvinGodinho attended the launch of the ‘Safety First – Empowering and Protecting Women and Children in Goa’ initiative at the KTCL Bus Stand, Panaji, organized by the Corporation of the City of Panaji in collaboration with Goa Police and SCAN – Goa.
As part of this important campaign, awareness posters and helpline stickers were placed inside Kadamba buses, private buses, taxis, and rickshaws, promoting safer and more secure public travel for women and children.
CCP Mayor Shri @RohitMonserrate , Adv. Emidio Pinho, officials from CCP, KTC, SCAN, and students of Don Bosco College, Panaji were also present.
Children don’t lie because they’re “bad.”
They lie because they’re scared, confused, or trying to protect themselves. Understanding the reason behind the lie is the first step toward building honesty, trust, and emotional safety.
