@virginmedia I’ve done this and had them put the phone down on me after not being very helpful. Wasted 22 mins calling to have nothing resolved. Why should I waste yet more money calling on my mobile to be spoken to by rude customer service?

@virginmedia disgusting customer service. Spent 22 minutes calling from my mobile which I will incur extra charges on to have them put phone down on me because they know I was right. Appalling. All I wanted was part refund for loss of services

@virginmedia No nothing. Never is anything listed but it’s definitely not been working and having some issues for past 5 weeks. That much so that I used my entire 10gb data on my mobile because WiFi wasn’t working when usually I don’t even use half

@virginmedia To ring every time it cuts out. I can’t keep ringing on mobile charges and expecting to pay full £41.99 to virgin media for a service that’s barely working and whatever charges I incur extra for ringing on my mobile
