@British_Airways had a booking turn up at hotel and only one bed for 2 adults and a 15yr old when booked extra bed and paid asked hotel still not done anything , 15yr old sleeping on floor, email and no response 😡

Take customers money then driver expects you to claim refund and just pay another £300 and then wait 7 days for refund ? So £600 total avoid curry’s
